WHAT AGE DO YOU PIERCE?
All ages. Infants need to have their first round of DTaP vaccine, which they typically get at 2 months of age. It takes about two weeks before their little bodies develop protection (antibodies) in response to the vaccine, so we wait until two weeks post vaccination.
WHAT DO YOU USE TO PIERCE WITH?
We use a palm pressurized device and we also do needle piercing in the studio for ages 10+. By using both methods of piercing we are able to safely and accurately pierce different ages and locations on the ear. Both types of piercing methods are safe when carried out by trained individuals. Our device is not spring loaded and does NOT "shoot" anything through the ear, nor does it cause extra tissue damage.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
We provide you with everything you need to properly care for your new piercing(s). You will receive verbal and written instructions along with your spray can of preservative-free isotonic sodium chloride solution (fancy salt water).

It is best to avoid harsh agents like peroxide and alcohol that can over dry and damage the skin. If you need an alternative to our standard cleaning, please contact us.

CAN YOU PIERCE BOTH EARS AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes, but we do need two nurses. To add a second nurse to your appointment there is an extra $40 charge for in home and $30 for standard studio appointments. Scheduling will need to be coordinated.

Second nurses are FREE during our Happy Hour events in the studio and during pop-ups.
